THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!! I WENT MET WITH AN ATTORNEY TO START A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY,ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE NUMEROUS PENDING LAWSUITS OPEN AGAINST THEM. I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IS VERY SIMILAR TO SO MANY OF THE OTHER REVIEWS I HAVE READ. I PAID $26 TO HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED IN 2 DAYS ONLY TO GET IT A WEEK LATER AND NOT ONLY DID I GET IT LATE BUT I DID NOT EVEN GET THE ITEM I ORDERED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER!! AFTER WAITING ON HOLD FOR @20 MINUTES EVERY TIME YOU CALL,YOU ARE GREETED BY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS EVER. THEY HAVE REALLY CUTE ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT THE ITEM YOU RECEIVE WILL NOT BE THE ITEM YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, WAY TOO MUCH HASSLE!! AND THEY ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT EVEN THOUGH THE MISTAKES ARE THEIR FAULT. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IN FACT, IM GOING TO DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO SEE THAT NO ONE IS EVER RIPPED OFF AGAIN BY THIS COMPANY, EVEN IF I HAVE TO WRITE THE PRESIDENT. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
